 ss Month event designed to help families and community members feel more c
 onfident and prepared for the unexpected. Stop by the Tampa Central City Y
 MCA anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday\, September 26 to
  connect with local nonprofits\, health and safety organizations\, and oth
 er community partners offering practical preparedness information and reso
 urces. SCOPE USA will also offer free\, hands-on safety workshops througho
 ut the event\, including: Bleeding Control Learn the basics of controlling
  severe bleeding and practice using a tourniquet. Safety 101: 9-1-1\, Fire
  & Hurricane Preparedness Learn practical steps you and your family can ta
 ke before and during common emergencies\, including when and how to call 9
 -1-1\, fire safety\, and hurricane preparedness. Both workshops will be of
 fered at: 10:15 a.m. 11:00 a.m. 11:45 a.m. 12:30 p.m. Workshops are approx
